We are based in Stanway, Colchester and collect free of charge within 15 miles radius. Anything on top of that is charged at 45 pence per mile. You could also choose to drop off or post your items. 

ReLoved Label accepts high-quality ladies' and men's clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. We specialise in mid-premium, luxury and designer labels.

Examples of mid-premium brands include AllSaints, COS, Sandro, Orlebar Brown, Hugo Boss, ME+EM, Hobbs, Massimo Dutti, Sahara, Never Fully Dressed, Ghost, Jigsaw and similar brands.

Examples of designer brands include Ralph Lauren, Max Mara, Mulberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry and similar labels.

We are also happy to accept vintage clothing and accessories. Please get in touch for more information.

Collections containing a small number of high street items may also be accepted where they accompany predominantly mid-premium or designer brands.

-Items that are unclean, have marks or any damage, items from smoking environment.

-Fast fashion brands such as Shein, Primark, Boohoo, supermarket clothing and high street brands such as F&F, New Look, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, River Island, H&M, Matalan, Next and similar. 

-Clothes with removed brand labels.

-Basic items of clothing such as plain t-shirts, leggings, vests, base layer or underwear. 

-Counterfeit items.

We charge 45% of the total selling price after any platform selling fees are deducted. 

On individual items that are worth £500+ we charge 30% commission. 

We do offer other items beyond clothing, including vintage and collectible pieces. However, due to limited storage space, it depends on the type and size of the items.

Once listed, we regularly monitor and optimize items, though some may take longer to sell than others. For instance, sequin dresses tend to perform better around the Christmas season. ReLoved Label will keep your items for up to 12 months. After that, if they remain unsold, they will either be returned to you or donated to charity on your behalf.

After collection, your items will be listed on your personal client record sheet on Google drive where you can track the progress of what's been listed and sold. We will also send a list of sold items with each payment via email. 

We accept limited brands of children's clothing. This is because children's items are best sold in bulk, not individually.  But we are happy to discuss that on case by case basis.   

You get paid on the last Monday of each month via bank transfer.
